Privacy Policy
PerCent doesn't collect your data. What you enter stays on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account.
- No sign-up and no PerCent account.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking.
- We run no servers that receive your data, and we never sell or share it.
- Price lookups send only ticker symbols, like AAPL or BTC.
What PerCent stores, and where
Your accounts, payments, investments, plans, commitments and debts are stored on your device. If iCloud is on for PerCent, they are also kept in your private iCloud database, so they sync to your other devices and are backed up. Apple runs iCloud. We can't see or access that data.
Prices, exchange rates and logos
To show live prices, exchange rates and company or coin logos, the app asks public market-data services (Yahoo Finance, TradingView and CoinCap) for the ticker symbols you hold. These requests contain only the symbols. They contain nothing about you, your amounts or your accounts.
Automatic tracking
If you set up the optional Shortcuts automations, your own automation passes Apple Pay or bank-text details to PerCent on your iPhone. PerCent never reads your messages by itself, and those details never leave your device except to sync through your own iCloud.
Face ID
Face ID is handled by iOS. PerCent only learns whether unlocking succeeded and never has access to your face data.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes the data on your iPhone. To remove the iCloud copy too, open Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → PerCent.
Children
PerCent isn't directed to children and collects no information from anyone.
